Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
- Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure HR policies are followed and updated in line with legal requirements.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and performance tracking.
- Training & Development
- Support training initiatives and coordinate with managers for employee development programs.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in HR roles (internships included for junior level).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll tools).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
