Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
    • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
    • Support employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
  • HR Operations & Administration
    • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
    • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
    • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
  • Compliance & Policy Management
    • Ensure HR policies are followed and updated in line with legal requirements.
    • Handle employee attendance, leave management, and performance tracking.
  • Training & Development
    • Support training initiatives and coordinate with managers for employee development programs.
    • Track and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in HR roles (internships included for junior level).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll tools).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
